About

I'm a Software Engineering Leader with experience in launching innovative products at Riot Games, Twitch, and Microsoft. I enjoy shipping in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, building technology at scale, growing people and teams, and serving in gaming and creator product spaces.

Currently, I lead several teams to build Metagame Systems, UX, and In-Game Content on an unannounced title at Riot Games. I am also the engineering discipline lead for UI Game Development and Backend Services Engineering.

Previously, I worked at Microsoft's 343 Industries studio, building progression and competitive systems for Halo. I also worked at Twitch, helping streamers make a living doing what they love, on eSports, Subscriptions, Bits, and Emotes.

My personal mission is to support women and underrepresented minorities in tech. I currently partner with the Diversity & Inclusion team at Riot Games, and previously co-founded a Women in Engineering group at Twitch. I also volunteer with the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) Foundation, Women in STEM Mentorship Program (WISMP), University of Washington, UC Berkeley, UCLA, and more. I was a speaker at San Diego Comic Con International, Girl Geek X, Rainier Scholars, and more.

In my free time, I stream on Twitch and am a local food blogger on Instagram.
